Patients are seen by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. The office staff is available on Fridays to assist you and answer your questions. Your timely treatment is our goal and priority.
The fee for your treatment will be discussed with you prior to scheduling an appointment. It is customary for our patients to pay for services on the day they are provided and we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as personal checks. As a customer service we also offer financing options to make payment for your treatment as comfortable as possible.
For our patients with dental insurance, we provide the necessary information for you to quickly receive reimbursement for the covered portion of treatment directly from your insurance company. While our goal is to help maximize your insurance benefits, our primary focus is to make sure that each patient receives the ultimate care to restore and preserve a healthy smile.
In order to provide the quality of care that we will not compromise, it is important that patients honor their appointments and arrive on time. For any appointment changes we require 48 business hours notice.
