Your first visit to our office will consist of a thorough periodontal examination to assess your current status as well as review your overall dental and medical health. Your examination may also include dental x-rays and dental photographs to help us develop a diagnosis and treatment plan. Your treatment plan and alternatives will be discussed in detail and we encourage your input and questions throughout your experience in our office. We work closely with your general dentist and any other specialists involved in your care to develop a customized treatment plan. For more complex treatment needs you may require a subsequent consultation appointment in order to coordinate all aspects of your care with your restorative dentist.
